Face yoga is a series of facial exercises intended to tone the muscles in the face. Those who practice face yoga say the exercises can reduce the signs of aging. Besides muscles, fat, and skin, there are also very important meridians and acupressure points on your face that are connected to your internal organs. Face yoga includes stimulation and activation of meridians and acupressure points to improve energy flow to your internal organs, leading to the improvement of your health and well-being. Not only is face yoga a less invasive alternative to Botox and other facial fillers, but it’s also way cheaper (as in, free!).
